Realmente la atención es muy ágil y rápida, los vendedores colaboran mucho con los requerimientos de los clientes! Tienen varios modelos y marcas de automoviles, camionetas, suvs. Los precios se acomodan al bolsillo de cada cliente y tienen promociones y descuentos para poder acceder a un vehículo. En lo personal valoro la gran gestión de Santiago Sampedro (vendedor) muy atento, cordial y rápido para cumplir con su trabajo. A la final salgo satisfecho y muy contento con mi carro nuevo. ????????????

Before going to Stella I went to a couple of dealers and to be honest only here I felt confident, when I went to ask about the requirements they were very friendly in their treatment, I told them what my budget was and they got me a good deal. I recommend that you ask for Jessica, she is very attentive and super kind.

I went there just to have a look at the car that i liked from a random website. I talked with a girl a day before to ask what do i need to have with me for a test drive besides my driver license. She was telling me that if i liked the car and i have everything what it needs it might leave with the car the same day. Wow, i didn’t believed her i should though! I left with my car… They did everything fast and professional i was shocked i couldn't believed it!! If you need a car YOU MUST VISIT you go by uber you leaving with your car!! Very Highly recommended!!! THE BEST.

Excellent service from start to finish at Stella Auto Dales. Knowledgeable staff, seamless transaction, and a great selection of vehicles. Highly recommend! With fear I approached to buy a car, since many times, you find many scoundrels trying to sell you a car in any way and in bad conditions, today I think my vision changed, the service at this dealer is really inexplicably excellent, I bought one Jeep Compass 2021, a delight of a vehicle, when I returned home I had a minor detail that I mentioned and they immediately made an appointment with the mechanic, so that I was completely satisfied. Let me tell you something, there are very few dealers like that here in this country. They did a hard job to find the best financing, Ivan my salesman made it possible and the rest of the team, both the managers and salespeople, are very friendly and always have many alternatives. If you ask me if I recommend them, a million times I would and I still do, so I hope to continue with them for a long time. And again, thank you very much for your great attention, it is really a plus when wanting to make a decision as important as purchasing a vehicle.

I went to Stella and was guided by Stephy. I explain to her what I was a looking for and she showed me some great options. Once I saw the K5 I knew that was the car for me. Stephy guided me through the paperwork and was able to get me a better interest rate than other locations. I was excited, and bless to drive out in style, without breaking the bank.

I was a little nervous coming in due to my previous experience with buying cars, but this was a great experience. Elizabeth has been very helpful in finding the car we wanted and within our price range. If you have good credit you can expect it to be a swift process as he worked very efficiently. Considering all of the reviews, this is the most unbiased helpful review that everyone should read. I bought my car here about a year ago amidst the pandemic. The first thing you should know, they are very nice people. Straightforward.They are also VERY firm on their prices with little to no room to negotiate. Do not come here with the intent to think that the car you buy is fixed and perfect. Expect some maintence to be done soon after. Do not expect them to know when was the last time they did maintenance, brakes, etc. I recommend that you bring someone at least someone mechanically inclined because they do not sell bad cars by any means, you just want to for potential things to repair before buying. The only things I had to replace off the lot was the brakes (pads and rotors) and tires since they were all different. So remember to come here with the mindset that some maintenance will have to be done. Overall, very honest people and one of the best used car dealerships that I purchased from. I gave them five stars because they do not charge you any hidden fees but sales tax unlike other shady dealers and their straightforwardness. If you don't like the car, they will wait patiently for someone else.
